About Honey ~ 4mo Kelpie X
Honey is a really playful 4 month old Kelpie X Cattle Dog. She is a sweet and loving young pup who is searching for her perfect forever family to call her own.
Honey is an awesome companion and has the potential to be an amazing family addition. She still needs ongoing training and development, so a home with working dog experience will be highly desirable for this intelligent and outgoing girl. Honey needs an active family who are able to keep her physically and mentally active.
Honey would really enjoy having another dog of similar size, age, and energy levels to play with. She will not suit a home with an elderly dog as she is very energetic and may unintentionally be too playful.
Honey currently lives with two dog savvy cats, and plays regularly with them very well. She would need to rehomed with similar cats who understand doggy play.
Honey needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. She will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. She can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
As Honey is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Honey, please phone his foster dad Mike email southernmike82@gmail.com
Honey is in the Newcastle Region NSW. She is not available for interstate or out of area adoption. Her adoption fee is $700 which includes all up to date vet work, desexing, vaccinations, microchipping and treatment for fleas and worms.
To apply to adopt Honey, you can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
We cannot process an adoption without a completed and submitted application form.
Please note when submitting an application, allow 3-4 business days for our dedicated carers to receive and respond to your application. Puppies are exceptionally popular, and we normally receive a large volume of applications which can be very time consuming to sift through. Please be patient and allow our carers the time to accurate assess each application with the diligence they deserve.
Medical notes
As Honey is not yet desexed, she is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because she'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when she's approximately 5 months old.
