About Ollie ~ Staffy X Puppy(On Trial 26/9/21)
Gorgeous Ollie is a 10 week old Staffy X puppy who is loving living inside with his foster family. He loves to cosy up with his humans for a snooze or run around with his doggy friends. He's an awesome little guy, who absolutely loves pinching your socks when you're not looking!
Ollie has learnt to sit and comes when called though he can be a little greedy when food is around so he will need to eat on his own till he learns more manners. Ollie has had a few goes at walking around the yard on a lead and is learning quickly, he uses the doggy door and is going well at toilet training. He lives with three other dogs and several children over 12 and they all get along well.
Ollie will grow up to be a medium dog. We always recommend puppy-training classes to give your new family member the best start in life. All dogs and puppies need plenty of affection, exercise, and training. Ollie will benefit from a friendly adult dog as a teacher, companion and playmate as he would be too lonely on his own. It would also be good if someone in the household doesn't work full time.
Ollie needs to be welcome inside when people are home, and to sleep inside at least until fully grown. He will be wonderful family dog and is suitable for children 8 years and older. You need good fencing with no small gaps. He can't go to rural fencing (eg: mesh or wire).
As Ollie is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
For more information or to meet Ollie, please contact his foster dad Mick via email micksee@bigpond.com
To apply to adopt Ollie, you can also fill out the adoption questionnaire here https://tinyurl.com/drnadopt
We cannot process an adoption without a completed and submitted application form.
Please note when submitting an application, allow 3-4 business days for our dedicated carers to receive and respond to your application. Puppies are exceptionally popular, and we normally receive a large volume of applications which can be very time consuming to sift through. Please be patient and allow our carers the time to accurate assess each application with the diligence they deserve.
Ollie is in Medowie, Port Stephens Area NSW (north of Newcastle). His adoption fee is $700 which includes all up to date vet work, desexing, vaccinations, microchipping and treatment for fleas and worms.
Medical notes
As Ollie is not yet desexed, he is only available for adoption to Newcastle, Hunter Valley, Macquarie, Central Coast and Port Stephens because he'll need to be returned to our vet for desexing when he's approximately 5 months old.
