Medical Note: Leo has had a partial amputation of his tail, this has healed well and shouldn't have any impact on his long term health.
ABOUT:
Leo is an adorable & handsome boy who craves heaps of human love! He Purrs loudly & loves lots of pats & attention from his humans! He will follow you around & weave in & out of your legs!
He was named Leo as it means ‘brave lion’ & he truly lives up to his name.
Leo was rescued by BFF, presenting as underweight, neglected & with a severely injured & infected tail, which ultimately required amputated.
After being given the vet treatment he needed & the love he deserves, he has made a full recovery.
Leo is resilient & affectionate, & spends his days following his humans around or cuddling up for a nap nearby on a comfy bed or chair. He shows appreciation towards his humans by returning the love he receives twofold.
He has good house manners & is litter trained. He loves his food (a little too much) & the occasional tasty cat treat will drive him wild!
Leo is happy to be picked up & carried around for a short period of time. He loves chin scratches & tummy rubs & will roll around on his back, purring loudly. He will rarely play bite, scratch or ambush you if he is in a particularly active or playful mood. But this behaviour is easily redirected with lots of cat toys & playtime.
He is quite confident & will sniff his foster carer’s 2 large dogs through the screen door without showing fear.
