About Koda
Sweet in nature, this boy is hoping you choose him!
Koda can be a little shy and timid at first but that doesn’t stop him wanting to smooch and love you once he finds out you’re okay.
He is a smart and quick learner and looking for a moderate to higher energy household to make sure both his body and mind are well stimulated.
He does need some exposure to the new outside world as he hasn’t had much adventure in his life, but we think with a confident and patient owner he would come round very fast.
Koda is good with kids and hasn’t shown any issues with sharing his foster home with the dog savvy kids there. But we would definitely recommend some gentler in nature children.
Koda has shown to be well toilet trained, crate trained and has great manners in the house. So his new home must allow him inside especially at night as he definitely wants to be part of the family.
He would do best with fencing 6ft and over, even though he hasn’t shown any need to try and escape he does have a good spring in his step.
He wouldn’t suit an inner city loud environment or an apartment but would suit suburban living well.
He could easily suit living with another dog of any size or personality as he gentle and kind. But may suit being an only dog in a home where someone is home more often than not.
He hasn’t met pocket pets or cats whilst in care.
Adoption details
In the ENQUIRY SECTION please explain in LENGTH some basics about yourself/ your life/ your household and what type of life you can provide for one of our rescue animals.
If successful, you would be contacted by phone, where we will talk about your enquiry and potentially organise a meet and greet between you/ your dogs/ your family and the potential candidate
From there, you can either take your animal with you if the meet and greet was successful and their vet work has been completed- or if the vet work hasn't been completed, you must wait until it's finished before taking your new friend home which will be organised between yourself and the foster carer.
Every animal has a 2 week trial period.
