About Squirrel & Skunk: Opposites Attract!
Squirrel and Skunk are bonded siblings who will bring such fun and sweetness to your home! Skunk is very friendly, which Squirrel is still timid and is learning from Skunk that humans are ok. They'll require a patient family who understand that the reward of Squirrel's trust will be well worth the effort, and that they'll have all the delight of already-perfectly-friendly Skunk in the meantime!
Skunky monkey, what a beautiful tuxie boy. Foster mum wanted to keep him he was so well behaved and lovable! He will sit in his carrier all by himself, He eats well, sleeps well, plays well and is an all round healthy and happy boy. He even purrs at vet visits. Skunk is happy to be picked up and handled, and sleeps in many funny positions. Skunk loves a ball, or to play with his sister squirrel. Loves to nap and sun bake on the couch. Also loves a bath from any other adult cat.
Squirrel the Grey is a quirky little girl who is still very timid and flighty. She’s super smart and super FAST!! Squirrel will need an experienced handler and carer. She hates vet visits, is too smart for carriers, and almost impossible to catch. Squirrel needs ongoing handling training, and a very patient owner who will dedicate the next few months to gaining her trust. Once you do a beautiful little head bumpy girl does show through. She would be best adopted with her brother Skunk who she is bonded with. This will aid her confidence and comfort. Squirrel is still teeny tiny, and won’t be a particularly large cat.
Squirrel and Skunk are healthy teenage kittens who have been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (Squirrel: microchip #956000013339965, Skunk: microchip #956000013338492, source #RE101165). They are available for adoption right now! their adoption fee also includes their second vaccination at one of our rescue vets.
