Smokey

Smokey is a an absolute diamond! Gentle, loving, good with people and dogs and toilet trained.
Smokey is a little shy when he first meets new people and dogs, but with gentle intros he is fine, if a little aloof to begin with.
Smokey was a bit neglected when he came to us, very skinny and missing a lot of fur.
We’ve been on a mission to fatten him up, but his patchy fur will take a while to grow back. Due to his history of food inconsistency, he is a bit of a food pest as he still hasn’t realised that he doesn’t have to frantically search for food all the time. What we’re saying here is that Smokey is an opportunistic bench surfer- don’t leave the roast chicken unattended!
He’s fine to be left alone for short periods and gets super excited when you get home!
We are looking for a loving family for Smokey, people who can show him how joyous and full of love life can be.
He likes a walk or two a day, sleeping, eating, heaps of pats and all of the love.
