Mishka

Mishka is a very friendly and energetic dog. She loves to be around people and other dogs. Her favorite ones are puppies and small breeds. She is gentle but playful at the same time. Mishka doesn’t like to be left alone for hours, she loves to be the center of attention, super spoiled, and very loveable. Her favorite treats are Salmon Skin and Yogurt Drops, now you can imagine how spoiled she is.

Mishka can run for hours, when you think she is going to stop, she starts running again. Exercise is key to keep her happy. A bowl full of water is essential, as a good runner, she’s thirsty all the time. She is very fit and healthy. She loves fruits and some veggies, carrots, strawberries, papaya, and mango just to name a few. She also likes chicken breast and chicken wings.

Larger breeds are her weakness. She gets defensive when a larger dog approaches her to play. However, her communication skills are very clear and she let them know when she doesn’t want to play with them. Mishka is training-oriented, she still needs some work but she learns very quickly and the most important part is that she enjoys it. At the moment she is using the harness lead as she is a big puller, but slowly slowly she is learning not to pull.

Mishka has a very sweet personality, always curious, she loves the smell of flowers. She is also a very chill and relaxed dog, a great company and for the most part of the day she will sit or lay down wherever you are. She has a bit of both which is great. She does very well in cars, Mishka loves to sit next to the window and feel the breeze, a great road trip partner. She can get very excited with visitors at home, she will jump and sometimes find it hard to calm down as she always wants to be part of whatever people are doing but, she is learning to control those emotions. Mishka has made huge progress and is now very obedient.

At the moment she has not been around children, so we are looking for a youngish-adult home.
