Meet Bella
Bella 6yo, mastiff x,

Bella is very smart, knows basic commands, walks well on a leash with a head halti, is eager to learn, and really just waiting to be lead. At the age of 6 she still has a lot of love to give and has the sweetest temperament.

The worst thing she had ever done was escaped her prev home due to the gate being unlocked and, chased the family cat.
Bella's prev family, unfortunately, doesn't have the time anymore with 1 young child and another one due soon so they opted to rehome Bella.
Bella who is a happy girl and can be a bit goofy sometimes lived with another large dog, Boss * who is lucky to have found his human through our Foster to Adopt program

However, outside this, Bella doesn't have any other dogs to socialise with. She hasn't had much exposure to other dogs but the dog she lived with. **This is what we have been working with her in the past 3 weeks, we took her to explore, expose her to diff environments, leash walking, and other confidence-building training.
Most of us know that 80% of dogs are selective in socialising, a lot of dogs prefer to avoid jumping or barking dogs and prefer to make friends with calm mature balanced dogs. Well that's our Bella. She also never had a positive experience with small dogs so she is particularly anxious and prefer to stay away from small dogs especially those that are barking, jumping at her, or running towards her while barking. WHO WOULD BLAME HER RIght? I would be scared too ! LOL

Bella needs confident humans to be her forever family, a family that can give her that mental support whenever she is unsure. A family that has the time for her and will include her as a part of the family. MORE IMPORTANTLY a family who lovess kisses and cuddles cause that's what Bella will give you

In the last 3 weeks, we have spent time with her to bring her back into the family, living indoor and teaching her all the obedience skills she was never given. She has a very good house manner. True to her breed, she is very loyal to her humans and protective * we think she has a ridgeback in her due to her mark along her spine.
She has come so far in the last 3 weeks ! We are sooooo proud of her. We just posted a video of Bella with Kobe, another Mastiff x dog that is calm and balanced. Bella was able to relax and made friend with Kobe through slow calm introduction .
Seeing her progress in the last 3 weeks we have no doubt she will be a great dog in the right family.
Bella's area of improvement is only her anxiety due to lack of confidence and lack of exposure to the outside world. She loooooves humans and wants to say hi to everyone. Her forever family needs to be a family that will include her as a part of the family.
Her fav food is chicken ! then in the last week she learnt to love ham, cheese, oh and she goes banana for Salmon ! pan fried lol
Her usual daily food is premium brand grain free kibbles and premium brand wet food is also grain-free.
She loves long walk in the morning and afternoon.

Bella has spent more than half of her life not getting enough guidance and leadership which has resulted in her lack of confidence, we will only consider applicants that can meet Bella's needs so she can finally live a full life as a great canine citizen.
