About Annie & Put Put
Annie & Put Put were rescued at the same time on 28/10/2020 at a property in South Hurstville that was about to become a construction site.
They were both young mums at the time with approximate age being 7 months when they were rescued.
More about these two special girls
ANNIE
Colour: Grey Tabby
Age: approx. 17 months
Sex: Female
Desexed: Yes
Description:
Annie has her rear right leg from knee down amputated. It is unknown if she was born like this or had an injury that resulted in missing limb. Her disability does not prevent her from moving and jumping like the other cats.
It would be recommended that the property she calls her forever home has carpet or large rug if tiled or with wooden flooring as it will give her better traction and prevent her rear supporting leg from slipping when she wonders about.
She is a vocal girl who lets you know she is hungry.
She is not aggressive and gets on well with other cats.
She will require that special family who are prepared to give her time to feel comfortable and safe as she is still a little wary of people.
PUT PUT
Colour: Black & White
Age: approx. 17 months
Sex: Female
Desexed: Yes
Description:
She is a timid girl, not aggressive and gets on well with other cats.
She will require that special family who are prepared to give her time to feel comfortable and safe as she is still a little wary of people.
Conclusion
Both cats are bonded and seem to gravitate towards each other. They will only be adopted as a pair to the right family. The new owners must have infinite patience as it will take time for them to adjust to the new environment and owners. I can see a family who own their property with children (teenagers) who have experience with owning a pet.
Medical notes
Annie has part of her rear leg missing.
See main description.
It does not cause her any medical or physical problems.
