About Daisy
This delightful cat has a beautiful, fluffy dark coat and a wonderfully expressive face. At over a year old, she still has the playful nature of a kitten. Daisy is bright-eyed, cheerful and really enjoys life. Her soothing purr is far louder than most cats. (You might need to order those noise-cancelling headphones!)
She entertains herself whizzing around the room chasing after her toys. Once worn out, she loves a snooze on her comfortable cat cushion. A very affectionate cat, Daisy likes to be patted and cuddled. However, she has been known to become excitable and over vigorous when playing, resulting in unintentional scratching. For this reason, she would probably not be suitable for a family with young children.
Initially, Daisy can be shy and may take a few weeks to settle into her new home. Her charming personality will come out if a patient approach is taken. Daisy is great with other cats and appears to be fine with dogs too.
Unfortunately, Daisy has a flea and grass allergy which affects her skin. This sensitivity means that it is particularly important that she is a strictly INDOORS CAT. (Of course, we do insist that all cats from The Stray Cats Project are kept inside.)
Adoption details
Our adoption process starts with a phone call, an informal chat & organise a time for a home inspection - this is the best way to ensure a good human/cat match. The adoption application is then forwarded to the Foster carer who will call to arrange a meet & greet. All going well you may be able to take your new furbaby home that day.
