This lovely and extremely affectionate boy is seeking his forever family.

Heracles is a country boy who has come to the big city for some adventure, and to expand his horizons.

He is quite timid when he meets new people, but doesn’t take him long to come out of his shell, and show his true confident self. Once he’s comfortable with you, he will become your shadow, following you everywhere, and demanding lots of puppy cuddles.

Heracles hasn’t had a lot of training in his young life, and has only learnt to sit for food. He is quite food motivated though, so if you can commit to his ongoing training, he will pick things up quickly, especially with positive reinforcement.

He has also never really been on a leash before, so he is quite cautious being out and about initially, hearing all new sounds, it can be a little daunting for him, but he knows he’ll be ok with his human!

Being a puppy, Heracles loves his toys, both chew and soft, so would love lots more toys to play with to keep him occupied..

This beautiful golden eyed puppy has always lived with canine friends. He absolutely loves other dogs, especially making new friends whilst out walking. For this reason, he would love to go to a home with another dog to play with however, this is not necessary as long as he has company most of the day, and taken for lots of walks to help continue his socialization.

He also doesn’t mind cats, currently living with 2 of them. He is curious about them, and sometimes thinks they’re just smaller dogs! Any cats in his new home would need to be dog savvy, but Heracles is quite gentle.

Heracles is still learning inside living, and being young, his toilet training is a work in progress. It’s all about picking up his cues and habits.

His ideal home would be where he has lots of nurturing company and enrichment, and a family committed to his ongoing training and socialization. His new family must love cuddles and allow Heracles on the couch.
