About Bella
Bella is a super affectionate, petite, and playful English staffy mix weighing only 16 kgs.
Bella can be cautious/aloof (no aggression just cautious) with males to start with so an all female home. if there is or are makes in the home they must prepared to let her come around over a period of a few weeks.
In typical staffy style, she is very dedicated to her human family, so a home where her people are around more often than not and can involve her in family outings and adventures is ideal.
Bella absolutely loves to travel, she will love to head to your favourite cafe with you and sit to get all the pats and belly rubs.
She will do well in a home with people that love to play her favourite game... tug of war! She clearly has to win of course.
Bella needs an active home that will allow her access inside at all times and take her on daily walks, but she is also content to just lay around the house with you as well, she loves adventures, trips to the beach, off-leash parks where she has good recall so a home where adventures are on offer is a must
Bella is well behaved in the house and must be permitted to sleep inside of a night in a warm area of the home and must of course be allowed to cuddle on the couch in usual staffy style. In the mornings she loves to jump in bed for morning cuddles and kisses.
Whilst Bella is living in an apartment atm she would definitely prefer a home with a garden, or apartment/villa with a large courtyard and one in a quieter area
Due to Bella's fair nature it is important that her owners are prepared to apply sunscreen daily and be mindful of her daily exposure to sunlight and another reason why Bella would not suit a home where she would be outside.
Bella is not suited to a home with cats or pocket pets
If you would like to meet Bella, please send us as much information as possible about yourself, home, lifestyle, working hours/hours away from home, and the exercise, and outings you can provide so we can see if you and Bella are a good match.
Give this beautiful girl a loving home and get a best friend in return
Medical notes
Due to Bella's fair nature it is important that her owners are prepared to apply sunscreen daily
Bella has had specialist surgery on her ankle following being hit by a car in September of last year. She has recovered well from this surgery. Whilst the surgery was a success as with any major orthopaedic surgery it can take up to 12 months or so for full recovery. It is important that her new owner not want to take her running and limit her stick chasing, jumping on and off high furniture, out of cars etc
