About Decky

Meet handsome man "Decky". He is a super loving and gentle boy. He is a little shy but when he warms up he is definitely a lover boy. He sill snuggle in, sit on your lap, basically just loves to be touching you and getting patted by you. He is fine with other polite dogs, and good with gentle kids.
Decky loves car rides, daily walks, and being part of your everyday life. He would love to be included in all aspects of your family life and will reward you back with love and loyalty.
Decky can use a doggy door and is crate trained for night sleeps, although I don't think he would complain about being snuggled up in bed with you.
He does LOVE his food and is prone to gaining too much weight so you will need to ignore those puppy dog pleading eyes when it comes to treats.

• You have a secure yard.
• There will be someone home most of the time
• You will allow Decky to be part of the family and allow him access to indoors.
• You WILL enroll him in obedience training.
• You WILL provide him with daily exercise AND mental stimulation.
• You have experience with his breeds or have thoroughly researched them.
Applications with extensive details on the lifestyle you will offer including FULL details on mental and physical stimulation you intend to provide will be considered. You will also need to include details on the obedience club you will be attending and what knowledge you have on her breeds. PLEASE NOTE: if you provide basic details only, we will not process your application, nor will you receive any further communications.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
The rescue group has removed this pet and it is no longer available for adoption.
