About Gus
Gus is an absolute snuggle king! He runs to the humans and doesn't mind climbing over the other kittens to get the cuddles.
Adoption details
If you are living in a rented property, do you have landlord permission to have a pet?
Are you a citizen or permanent resident of Australia? We do not allow people on a temporary visa to adopt a cat or kitten.
Do you understand that a cat will live for 10+ years? (we have a 17 year old cat who is still going reasonably strong!)
Are you certain there are no cat allergies in your household?
Do you have anyone, a friend, family or a boarding kennel, who will care for your pet if you should go away on a holiday?
Will you be able to keep a cat indoors? (This is essential overnight, but also preferable during the day) The first 2-4 weeks are extremely important to keep kitty indoors, or they could wander and be lost.
And the important one from my children:
Do you promise to send us photos and updates about any cat or kitten you adopt from us? We get a bit attached (lots of tears at goodbye time… not always just from the kids!) and it is easier to say goodbye if we know we will hear from our adopters!
