Female Domestic Short Hair Cat
I've been adopted!
Meet Dashy, aptly named after becoming stuck under a car dash when rescued from the side of the road. This sweet girl is going to need to allow someone to give her time to trust and settle in but then you will be rewarded.
In foster care she has learnt to come to her name. She will play all day, sometimes with you sometimes without. When she isn’t playing she is always watching close by. She still likes to hide to feel safe. She loves being around other cats. She still startles at loud noises and would probably enjoy a quieter home with another cat companion. However she has been in a busy noisy foster home with primary school age kids. She has been in a foster home with older dogs and doesn’t interact with them but doesn’t seem fussed they are there. She doesn’t like to be carried around, but if you cuddle her while you are sitting she will purr her head off. Given time Dashy is going to become an affectionate girl.
