Urgo King

Urgo King is an attention seeking super smooch. He loves to be the centre of attention, and once he knows you're looking at him, he will flop over and roll around showing you his belly whilst rubbing his head on the floor. When you pat him he starts to purr very quickly and loudly. He does enjoy sitting on laps if you stay still, and enjoys sleeping on his foster mum's shoulder.
He is very inquisitive and loves to play. He loves jumping up and looking out windows, and trying to get a bite of what ever it is you are eating because it looks delicious! He is fine with being picked, happy to be held like a baby (unless there is some exploring to be done) and is interested rather than scared of the neighborhood kids playing near the window.
As Urgo is such a social cat, it is essential that he is adopted to a house that either has a young playful cat for him to play with/hang out with when the humans are out. Urgo King is a healthy raw fed cat who has been wormed, flea treated, vaccinated, desexed and microchipped (microchip #953010005594741, source #RE101165). He is available for adoption right now! His adoption fee also includes his second vaccination at one of our rescue vets.

To adopt a cat from Cat People you'll be required to have a remote or in-person house check done, show photo ID & proof of address, and fill out & sign an adoption contract.
Cats from our group are all are vet checked, flea treated, wormed, vaccinated and desexed before being taken home by their adopters. Additionally, all of our cats have been evaluated for behavioural traits, fed a high-quality diet, and well socialised. Please note: all Cat People cats and kittens are indoor only, this is not negotiable.
We will communicate with you through every step of the adoption process to ensure that your experience (and the cat's) is excellent and that you are confident in your decision to adopt a feline companion. Returns are only accepted due to health issues confirmed by a veterinarian.
We only accept adoptions from people with residency in Australia. If you are on a work or student visa, talk to us about fostering with the group instead!
