Hello everyone, I'm Maybel!
I am a sweet little kitty looking for her forever home.
My ideal home would be a quiet and calm environment. I am a little bit timid when I first meet new people, so a home that can give me lots of love and understanding whist I settle in and help boost my confidence would be ideal. Due to me being a little shy I would need to go to a home with older/calmer children who understand to go slow around me whilst we are getting to know one-another.
I love people and I am very smoochy if you go slow with me.

Adoption details
BARC adoption officers will work with you to help you find a dog or cat that matches your needs, they will discuss things like yard fencing, exercise requirements, other pets and family members, lifestyle factors, and breed experience. To help make this as quick and easy as possible, we ask you complete and adoption questionnaire (located on our website, or you can complete on when you visit). This helps ensure that we are introducing you to the most suitable animals we have available.
We encourage all members of the household to attend a meet and greet with a pet prior to adopting an animal. If the animal being adopted is a dog, we will also require existing dogs in the household to attend the shelter as part of the meet and greet.
Holds can not be placed on animals over the phone, and can only be applied at the discretion of management.
