About Sophia
Just like humans, some cats like to be the centre of attention, while others prefer to stand on the sidelines and observe.
Pretty young SOPHIA is an observer. Quiet and reserved, this two-year old sweetie prefers to watch the world go by, rather than be involved in the hurly burly of the household....or so we thought. Sophia recently decided that Spot, a muscular 6 kg male cat, needed to be pulled into line and that she was the girl for the job! So perhaps she's not as quiet and reserved as we initially thought.
An independent feline, Sophia is happy to be on her own so would suit the home of full-time workers. She is fine with other cats, but doesn't go out of her way to befriend them.
She is very good with children and enjoys a pat or two. She loves sitting on her foster mum's lap, purring and wagging her tail. Yes, she wags her tail like a canine.
She also has another unusual trait. She's a food thief with a preference for salt and vinegar chips! Oh, and she only likes wet cat food with tuna in it.
Sophia has had all her vet work done and is now ready for her new life in a safe, loving and permanent home.
She lives indoors exclusively, but can slip through an open door in the blink of an eye.
She's litter-trained and scrupulously clean in her habits.
Sophia's adoption fee is $250 and she lives in Warwick, Queensland.
If you'd like to meet Sophia, we'd love to hear from you. We are very flexible with days and times for "meet and greets". For us it's all about the animals.
