Marley

ADOPTION REQUIREMENTS:
INDOOR/OUTDOOR -- CHILDREN AGED 10+ -- LARGE BACKYARD/ACREAGE

Marley is an 8 year old boy who hasn't seen much of the world. He is very familiar with indoor life and loves to be with his people. Marley is not used to being walked regularly. Marley can sit, shake and share his belongings. Marley LOVES playing fetch a ball and will share nicely and just needs to learn that games have an end point. He is a polite dog and has been gentle with interactions with people while in the shelter. Marley wants all the love to himself and would prefer to be an only dog. Also Marley has a medical issue that will require ongoing management.

We recommend Marley for a family with children 10 years and older. Children will need to meet this dog prior to adoption. Please remember that all interactions between children and dogs should be monitored. If you already have a dog, you will also need to bring your dog to the Shelter.

Due to COVID19 lockdown restraints, we have revised our current adoption process which is now by application only. Please follow this link; https://www.rspca-act.org.au/services/adoption-appointments and complete an application form for the animal you are interested in. Due to staffing and time constraints it may not be possible to notify you if the animal has already been adopted or if your application is unsuccessful.

The adoption fee for Marley is $395.00 which helps to cover the cost of his mandatory de-sexing, vaccinations, microchip and a lot of care from the RSPCA crew. Who says you can't buy love?!
