About Spice - 6 month old kitten
Spice is a 6 month old fellow looking for a quiet home to call his own.
Spice came into care a scared, timid little boy and spent a lot of time in hiding but eventually, with the encouragement from his foster carer’s cats, he started to come out to say “ hello “. Now he loves to have a pat and a scratch and enjoys his humans company. Laps aren’t really his thing but he does like to be where you are and hang with you. Give him a spot with something nice and soft to lay on and he will be as happy as Larry.
He gets on beautifully with other cats and we feel it would be great for Spice to go to a home with another cat looking for a friend.
Spice will need someone understanding and patient with him until he gets to know you. He may take some time to adjust to his new surroundings but once he has, we know he will give you his unconditional love.
Spice entertains himself with his toys and enjoys anything with a ball that he can push around or chase. A cat tower would also be ideal for him.
Spice has perfect toileting habits and uses his litter tray well. He also has a great appetite and adores his food. We recommend a good quality pet store bought dry food.
Spice must be an inside boy only unless you have a safe cat enclosure for him to have some outside time in. He hasn’t been around any dogs so not sure how he would be with them but he LOVES other cats. We feel a quiet home would be great for Spice so a couple or a family with teenage kids would be fine.
Spice has been microchipped, vaccinated and desexed and also flea treated and wormed. He is ready to go so if you are interested in adopting Spice please complete the DRN form below. His adoption fee is $200 and he is located with his foster mum at Heatherbrae NSW.
