Toby is a delightful young Kelpie boy, who is FULL of potential. Toby is still a young pup and will require his forever people to guide him through puppyhood and show him the ways of the world.

At such a young age, Toby has already shown what a loyal, family-oriented boy he is. He will quickly become your shadow and your best friend.

His intelligence is nothing to be questioned! He’s quickly picking up how to play fetch with his foster family. However, given his age he will need a family that are willing to work on boundaries with him and how to walk like a perfect gentleman on the lead.
