About Gemma
Introducing Gemma!
Gemma is an 8 year old female Greyhound who is looking for her forever family.
Gemma is a happy, outgoing girl who absolutely loves to be with her human.
Unfortunately Gemma is not good with cats or chickens YET (I dare say she will eventually be ok, as she is quite chilled, but just not yet).
Dogs and kids..., no problems.
Gemma is quite a big girl and strong on the lead. As we say, she is still learning to "dog" and is learning basic manners quickly. 🥰
Gemma is easily contained and will stay behind basic fencing, though, if you have a couch - I dare say that's where she would like to spend her days.
Gemma gets very excited to see you and becomes quite playful then, but like most greys, then retires back to the couch/bed..did I mention the couch? "Must have a couch", she tells me, "add that in" 😁🤭
Gemma has not been formally house trained but like most greys, is very tidy and has quickly learned that doggies pee outside, not inside. I doubt her new family will have any major issues.
Gemma has a good appetite, is healthy and will see the vet in the coming weeks.
Her teeth are disgraceful, so she will have a dental as well as desexing and vaccination. She is already chipped.
Currently located in Jimboomba, please bring any other dogs to the meet and greet

Adoption details
All animals come with a 7 day trial period (this is negotiable depending on case by case differences, and will be discussed accordingly with anyone having queries)
After this time, and knowing that both the family and pet are happy together, the adoption will be finalized.
If an animal is to be returned for whatever reason during this 7 day period, a 10% (of the adoption price) administration fee will be taken out of the refund. Animals returned after this time, unfortunately forfeit the adoption price.
We are mostly located in Jimboomba on the outskirts of logan, around 30-45 mins south of Brisbane, although some animals can be in care throughout the greater Brisbane region.
