About Zoe
Zoe is a sweet-natured girl who is a little shy to begin with. Unlike the rest of the Firefly Crew, Zoe was born in the shed on the hoarder property and grew up with less human interaction. She's come along in leaps and bounds during her time at Hisses to Purrs and will give a sweet little meow for pats and rub against her foster carer's legs to get attention. She's not as playful as the rest of the Firefly Crew (that her foster carer has seen anyway), but she still enjoys her toys when they're not being taken by River or Wash. She'd be best suited to a quiet home with older children who will understand that she may need a little time to settle into her forever home.
Zoe has been:
- Untried with children
- Untried with dogs
- Untried with cats (however she grew up around 40 others and should do fine with other cats)
Zoe's adoption fee of $150 includes:
- Desexing
- Vaccination
- Microchipping
- Flea and worming treatments until date of adoption
- Litter training
- Socialisation
- An adoption pack with some of her current wet and dry food, a set of toys, a carrier blanket and some other goodies to get her started.
Zoe is to be kept strictly indoors or with access to a secure cat enclosure.
Zoe is booked in for her 2nd vaccination on the 30th of August and will be available to go home that evening.
Zoe is located at Morphett Vale. If you'd like to meet her, please contact us to book an appointment.
Adoption details
Kittens and cats are adopted through their foster homes. Potential adopters are encouraged to contact Hisses to Purrs by phone, email or Facebook to arrange a meet and greet with the kitten they are interested in.
All kittens and cats are microchipped, vaccinated, desexed and parasite treated prior to adoption. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Pre-adoptions are available for adopters who wish to adopt a specific kitten or cat who has not reached weight for desexing, or who are awaiting their vet appointment. A minimum deposit can be made to pre-adopt a kitten awaiting their vet work. Kittens and cats remain in the care of Hisses to Purrs until desexing has occurred and in the case of female kittens and cats, until 5 days after desexing to give them time to heal.
All kittens and cats adopted through us must be kept indoors or have access to a secure cat enclosure. This is non-negotiable for the safety and health of our kittens and cats.
