About Buddy
Meet Buddy!
This young man is looking for his forever home!
We believe Buddy had a rough start in life as he is quite timid. He's learning to trust new people more and more though!
Buddy loooves cuddles and pats. He'd gladly sit with his human all day. He also really enjoys the company of other dogs which means he requires a home with another dog. He is constantly doing zoomies with his foster sisters as well as wrestling with them and jumping around like jumping jacks!
He also loves cats and plays chasings or snoozes on the couch with his foster mums cat.
Buddy knows sit, is learning drop and had recently got the hang of crate training. He is toilet trained and had no accidents since arriving.
Buddy is very scared when you pull out a lead (will drop to the ground with fear) so is still learning that a lead means fun times like walks and adventures.
Buddy can recourse guard around good so will need to be kept separate from other dogs at meal times. He's also learning to share toys which means he currently needs supervision when toys are around.
Buddy is a high energy dog who will require mental and physical stimulation. He also requires a home who will continue teaching him to trust and to work on his training so he can keep learning to be the best dog he can be.
Buddy's gentle nature suggests he would be good with kids but kids over 6 would be best due to his lack of training in regards to manners.
Does Buddy sound like the right fit for your home?
Please note all enquiries without another dog will not be responded to.
