😻 Adopt a joyful bundle of energy! 😻

- Inquisitive Misty loves to be in the mix. She's a bright-eyed and bushy-tailed 2 year old girl, who enjoys exploring all rooms. Misty will enforce her open door policy, to ensure her access to supervise everything going on.
- Misty loves the company of her foster carers. You'll often find her chilling near a door or sitting on a window sill enjoying the scenery.
- Misty loves her morning and evening playtimes, often running through the house and sliding across the floor.
- Misty is a clean cat, and litter trained.
- She doesn't enjoy being picked up but will sit with you at night. Misty loves pats and gives head butts to ask for more.
- Misty doesn't like being alone, and needs to go to a home where someone is home more often than not. She is not suited to being left alone for long periods or people working full time away from home.
- Whilst untested with children, cats and dogs in foster care, Misty may get on with a small cat-friendly dog.
- You'll get lots of love from sweet little Misty if you bring her into your home.

Our adoption process includes a two week trial period to ensure you and your adopted pet are the right fit.

SAFE Busselton requests that all persons adopting a cat adhere to responsible containment practices. As per the current Cat Laws in WA we encourage people to keep their rescued cat as a permanent indoor cat or with access to a safe cat run. It is no longer desirable to allow your cat to wander onto adjoining properties. Confident cats can also be trained to walk on a harness and lead. We ask that owners be responsible and keep their adopted cat safe at all times so that you will have a long and loving life together. SAFE Busselton reserves the right to select adoptive homes based on ""best fit"" for the pet. Although all applications will be considered, being the first application will not necessarily provide an advantage as the adoption committee considers many factors when matching animals to their new home.
