About Zephyr
BEFORE APPLYING, PLEASE REMEMBER TO SEND AS MUCH INFORMATION AS POSSIBLE ABOUT YOUR HOME, FAMILY, LIFESTYLE, WORKING ARRANGEMENTS, OTHER PETS DETAILS, ETC. SO WE CAN SEE IF YOU ARE BOTH A GOOD MATCH! AND DUE TO COVID RESTRICTIONS, SYDNEY ONLY APPLICANTS AT THIS STAGE....THANK YOU
Zephyr is a strong inquisitive soul, a lot goes on in his little mind. He loves to sit back and observe his siblings until he sees the perfect moment to pounce.
Born into a litter of thirteen, Zephyr and his siblings were lucky enough to come into care with their incredible mama, Athena rather early and as a result have had a wonderful start to life. They are all confident, happy and adventurous puppies who are now ready for their next journey, into their forever homes.
The size variation between the puppies is vast but with Mum, Athena being a large 36kg Bull Arab Mix and Dad is unknown however it’s safe to say that all 13 pups will end up over 25kgs.
We are looking for families that are looking for a dog to truly be part of the family, access inside, daily adventures and exercise, lots of love and attention! It’s also super important that adoptive families are invested in ongoing training, firstly of course puppy school (currently there are some fab online classes available during lockdown) but training beyond that is also majorly important, we want these puppies to grow into awesome doggy citizens and advocates for rescued dogs!
Another dog is beneficial but not essential however it’s important to note that for solo pups their families aren’t full time workers, away from the home post covid. Experience is of course wonderful but again not essential, just as long as you are prepared for a lifetime of big dog adventures. Due to both size and breed makeup, we feel that homes with outside space are necessary, so apartment living will not be considered.
Medical notes
Zephyr will be desexed when he is more mature, and when recommended by our vet at Beverly Hills.
Adoption details
SAS will arrange a "meet and greet" with our rescue pet and we offer a two week trial period if we feel that the rescue pet and the prospective family are well matched.
