Ricky is looking for his best mate!

Ricky is just your average 10 month old mixed breed doggo who loves people and life in general. He is quite a solid, medium sized dog and may have staffy, mastiff, cattle dog in his mix. The poor fella was picked up as a stray in the Kempsey area and then spent a month in the pound before coming into the care of ARCH. So, understandably, he gets very excited about most things and at this stage he needs some training and discipline and daily walking/activity. Ricky does sit, shake hands and is learning recall. He can pull on lead still especially if he sees kangaroos etc. Ricky would be best suited to someone quite strong and authoritative so he can learn his manners and learn who his boss is. He is definitely hoping his boss will also be his best friend as he has sooo much love to give and he is very affectionate.

Ricky is friendly with most dogs after proper introductions and loves to have a play with dogs his size but can be a bit boisterous with smaller dogs. The same goes for children. he loves everyone, but probably too jumpy for small ones.

Ricky loves a good car ride and we can definitely picture him on the back of his bestie's ute. He has also been enjoying the dog beach recently with his carer.

Ricky is desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. All ready for his new home.
