About Pebbles ~ 8.5yr Old Maltese X (On Trial 26/08/21)
Meet the sweet and adorable Pebbles, Pebbles is 8 and a half year old Maltese x. Who is looking for a very special home who can give her a lifetime of love.
Pebbles hasn’t had a lot of training, but can sit and is toilet trained, crate trained and can use a doggy door. She walks well on a lead, and is well behaved when out in public, except when she is out with another reactive dog as she will copy. Pebbles gets so excited at walk time and needs to be walked every day for around half an hour.
Pebbles in an inside dog and needs to be welcomed inside all the time and sleep inside. She also needs secure fencing with no small gaps as she loves an adventure, particularly when she is settling into her new home.
While Pebbles currently lives with small children, they aren’t her favourite. Visiting grandchildren would be fine, but she is looking for a home that doesn’t have young kids full time.
Pebbles is good with other dogs and as long as she has human company most of the time, another dog friend isn’t essential in her forever home. Pebbles hasn’t been tested with cats, but does try and chase them on our walks so is best suited to a home without cats.
A forever home in the Newcastle area is preferred for pebbles as she get stressed in the car and needs to travel in a crate. She wouldn’t suit a home that was hoping on taking her on car rides or trips.
