Meet Ernie! Our handsome 10 year old tabby boy who loves a good convo.

Ernie was surrendered to our facility through no fault of his own. He had an injury to his tail which was causing him some pain so he was a little upset when he first was brought in. But this didn’t last long…

Ernie is a very very affectionate fella who loves to smooch up to you and get as much love and affection back as he can. He’s very cuddly and would love to snuggle up on your lap if given the chance 🥰

Our big man always has something to talk about, he really is a chatterbox! So if you need a new buddy to yarn and gossip with, he’s your guy! Keep an eye out for a video of one of our riveting conversation! 😹

Ernie is happy to go and do his own thing throughout the day if his humans are busy, he happily lays around in the sun in our outdoor cat enclosures and will doze until he hears you coming!

As Ern is a larger sized cat we do recommend his new family invest in a large kitty litter tray so old mate can comfortably do his business. He also seems to love open beds and even just thick, warm and cozy blankets that he can sprawl out on 🥱 (doesn’t gravitate to enclosed beds)

Other pets: I do not like other cats so must be the only king of the castle. On first meeting dogs I do no like them either but can calm down eventually, I would prefer if I were to have canine brothers that they were outside and I were inside.
Special Requirements: As I am 10 years old I will require a SENIOR diet of wet food and kibble 😸
