Hi, my name is Dinky, and I am deaf but am incredibly smart! I am seeking a foster home to stay in until I find my furever home.

I haven't had many people wanting to take a chance on having a deaf doggy in their home, so while I have been patiently waiting, I thought I would work on myself.
