About Harriet
Introducing Harriet,
This little baby-faced miss will warm your heart the second you meet her. Harriet is shy yet is starting to learn that humans aren't scary and that we will feed her and give her love!
Harriet came into foster care at three weeks old when she was transported from a rural pound with her mum and two sisters. It has only been the last few weeks where we have seen vast improvement with her social skills and willingness to interact with humans.
We are seeking a home for Harriet without children and without dogs (a gentle dog, at most). She scares easy and is still rather timid so we need her to be in a quiet environment. Her forever family must be patient with her as she continues to navigate this new life and learn that humans really are not going to hurt her.
Harriet has a very loud squawk on her and she won't hesitate to let you know when she wants your attention or isn't happy with something. She's loudest around feeding times!
