• An active home where his humans are committed to providing continued training to help Kyon be the best dog he can be.
• An only pet environment so that Kyon can have the full attention of his humans

Kyon is a boisterous fur baby, an affectionate Bull Terrier X puppy, 7 months old approx. If you like a little splash of colour in a white dog, he has a few dark splotches for interest and one of his eyes has 'eye liner', the other doesn't - very cute.

Kyon will chew just about anything so you need to prepare your home and lifestyle for a chewing machine! Socks, bags, anything he can find, he'll swallow. So, safety is a top priority for any adoption. Don't leave books in his reach as these will become chew toys. Of course, hide your shoes and slippers!

Kyon will stay in the garden on his own but you need a lot to keep him occupied. Old boxes and books are helpful. Kongs, large non-chew toys with treats that can keep him interested. An automatic ball thrower would be amazing for him as he just totally loves balls. Inside rubber balls are fun for him - you can watch tv and throw him balls to keep his evening fun.

Training is vital for Kyon to keep his dominance in check. He will sit and wait for food, going through the door or crossing the street. Unfortunately, he thinks hands and feet are chew toys which can make getting dressed difficult so he needs more training. In time he should settle down and stop chewing as much. It is natural puppy behaviour after all.

Kyon is too boisterous and dominant to be with small dogs and will play very boisterously with larger dogs which can be exhausting for the other dog and humans...so an only dog would probably be the best option for Kyon.

Very food driven, Kyon will eat just about anything. Even compost...so monitoring his consumption is important to keep him in healthy condition.

Bones bones and more bones. Large bones keep him occupied and clean his lovely clean teeth. He also likes chicken frames and oh did I say he likes food. Yep. You will need to eat your food separately as he doesn't have enough self-control not to try and eat yours.

Kyon walks well on the lead with a halter and harness. Two 30-minute sessions a day is ideal so he isn't too tired and it gives him an enjoyable break from inside throughout the day.

Kyon settles in the car on the back seat attached to a seat belt via his harness so bringing him along with you is easy.

Kyon is fully toilet trained and uses the doggy door with ease.

Kyon will become a treasured part of your family if you have time to supervise and play with him or when you are not around, leave him with safe activities. Put any precious pot plants out of his reach though as he thinks these are play items. He does love a sun bed and sleeping on that during the day but at night, will want to be with you on the couch. After that and a quick bathroom stop in the yard, he'll follow you into your bedroom and settle into his own bed for doggy dreams.
