About Percy
Hi I'm Percy, although my foster mum calls me Percival so I can be fancy!
I didn't have a great start to life and spent it living on the streets. Because of this I can be a bit timid at first, however once I'm comfortable with my environment and the people in it I blossom into a sweet boy who loves to be near you!
I loves pats and scratches and am very food motivated (aka give me the treats and I'll give you lots of attention 🙊).
I've never really known what it's like to have toys or play like a kitten cause I was always in survival mode. I think once I settle into my forever home this could be something I could enjoy!
For now I just enjoy soaking up the sun by the window and being able to sleep on a comfy bed or couch.
I think a home by myself would be amazing! I also think I'd like a home with no kids under 12 as loud noises and sudden movements can still me a little scary for me!
I have long fur and when I was trapped it was all matted on my belly. So I need to be brushed at least twice a week to make sure this doesn't happen!
Would you like to meet me?
Medical notes
Percy is FIV+ due to a tough life as a street cat. He can still live with other cats. Please ask any questions.
He has a bit of a zig zag tail. This is either due to a birth defect or old break. It doesn't cause him any pain.
