About Holly
Introducing HOLLY
I am an inside dog as I like to keep my humans company
I am house trained and obedient.
I am a happy girl and full of life so my new human will need to teach me my boundaries, I am very intelligent and eager to please. So I need a strong owner who will continue to teach me my manners.
However I enjoy nothing more than sitting beside you on the couch reading a book or watching telly.
My ideal home is with someone who is home a lot so I can be their companion. I love to go on walks and walk well on a harness. However I can be a little snappy when I meet new dogs especially if there are a number of them around me. I need to walk on lead for this reason. When I get to know other dogs I do settle down, I am in foster care with two little dogs and we are fine together.
I am a fence jumper and have been known to jump a 6 foot fence so a secure yard is essential. In the past when I got out I went exploring. If you leave me alone in the yard when you go out, I will try very hard to get out to come and find you so I need to be in a safe place when being left.
A home with cats or other small animals is not suitable for me and I am too energetic for very young children. A doggie friend might be good but I would need to meet them first to make sure we can be mates.
