About Buddy
He's not a barrel of monkeys, but he's definitely a ball of fun!
An American Staffy x Bullmastiff born on 21st of March, 2015, Buddy is looking forward to finding his happy ever after.
Buddy has an amazing personality - he is quite the goofball who loves to play games or get belly rubs! He adores people and he loves to go out and explore his surroundings!
Although Buddy came in with miss Daisy they are not a bonded pair. We do like to keeps pairs together where we can, however sometimes it cannot be as easy as we wish.
Buddy can be selective of his friends not wanting anyone too big or boisterous. Buddy is best suited to a home with no other animals. He would benefit from professional socializing with a trainer in a safe space.
Buddy loves being out and about for a walk. He can get quite excited while heading out so pulls a bit and while he is learning each day, he would benefit from further lead training.
He shows no signs of food aggression, but does show signs of separation anxiety. Although he isn't startled by loud noises he would need to be allowed inside during thunder storms and fireworks where he knows he is safe.
Buddy loves to show affection with all different people and with patience, training and consistency would make a super loyal and perfect companion for the right family. He would love to be in a home where he is included as a member of the family and involved in the day to day activities. Buddy will thrive in an environment that guides him with positive direction and lots of love and attention.
Buddy's adoption fee is $450 and includes his desexing, lifetime registration, and discounted training thanks to Dog Ed. He is also regularly treated for flea and worms and is up to date with his vaccinations.

Adoption details
If you are interested in adopting one of our animals, please give the facility a call on 43044350 to make an appointment and ask further questions.
Staff will ask more about your lifestyle and the information you provide helps the facility to achieve the best match between the dog or cat and their new home.
Once all of your questions have been answered, its time to meet your potential new furbaby. This meet will be conducted at the facility unless prior arrangements are made by management.
After the meet and greet, a yard check will be completed at your home to ensure that your home and yard is suitable for the kind of pet you are interested in. Please bring to your appointment photos of your fencing also showing all gates that attach to the house.
Should you have an existing dog in your life, we will require a meet and greet to ensure that they get along.
The final step (pending agreement by both parties) is the payment of the adoption fee and filling in of associated paperwork for your new furbaby.
Congratulations, you have now saved a life!
