Criscilla is a beautifully gentle young lady who wants to be shown love and to give love in return. She has an endearing goofy side and when she settles into her new home will keep her forever family seriously entertained with her adorable dorky ways.

When she came into care she was quite shy, scared and unsure, so her new home will have to have a quiet patience while she finds her feet again in a new environment. she can also find some men to be absolutely terrifying - so that patience is really required in theses situations. Leaving Criscilla to warm up to people in her own time without pressure will give her the greatest chance of success when it comes to making new friends.

She is affectionate with a little bit of typical staffy neediness just to let you know how much she loves you being around. She is fine to be left for longer periods if she has the company of another dog and indoor/outdoor access. She has shown that she is friendly with all dogs she meets and would absolutely love to live in a home with a compatible resident dog playmate. she after the type of dog that will play a little bit of bitey face with her, get some zoomies on and who will allow her to snuggle up with them on the couch at night.

She is playful and loves a squeaky toy or a ball to chase and is fantastic on the leash when out for walks. She is just moving into teenage hood and as such has spurts of energy throughout the day that will require a short walk or a game of fetch in the yard to satisfy the mood.

Although she really doesn't understand commands such as "sit" she has great manners. she is crate trained at night (door open here, but doesn't fuss if its closed) has not had any accidents in the house, uses a dog door and although she get excited sometimes for cuddles - really knows that she shouldn't jump up.

She has met an ancient cat that mostly sits all day and was more interested in the cat food than the strange fluff ball, so with some patience and controlled introductions she would be fine in a home with a confident, dog tolerant cat.

She hasn't spent time with young kids, but if that children in the home can be calm and respectful to her need to have space to settle in and get to know them on her own terms, w are sure she will grow to love humans of most any size.

Criscilla is a sweet girl looking for a special and caring forever home to call her own.
