Yoda

Yoda is a shy girl who knows what she wants. She approached one of our volunteers who had been checking on another dog in the neighbourhood, put her paws on the volunteers lap once they were in their car with the 'well aren't you going to help me too?' look - and the rest is history. After a couple of weeks of just hanging in the carport of the said volunteer, Yoda along with her friend Ninja would chase the volunteer's car to work, follow the volunteer to all social engagements or wait patiently on the front lawn until they got home. Yoda is completely loyal once she knows you will treat her right, offering love and respect. She has learnt how to sleep on a couch (and maybe even the bed - inert eye roll!) and loves just lying on the kitchen floor being close to her hooman. While she does like a good belly rub, she is also happy with her independence, choosing to sleep outside sometimes. If your are looking for a doggo with spunk, this little girl is for you.
