About Bundy 💙
This is what adopting a real rescue looks like!!!!!!
We are looking for a very special home for this very special boy.
Many people grow up with or own a dog who has had no bad experiences in life. A dog who is confident and happy meeting new people and being in new situations. However, some rescue dogs have not been as lucky in their lives.
The beautiful Bundy was rescued from a puppy farm/breeder. He has lived most of his life kept in a cage, let out only occasionally. So, naturally, he will have some barriers to overcome.
ARCH is looking for a new home with experience in looking after timid dogs or someone who is committed to taking their time with him.
About Bundy 🦴
Bundy is a sweet little boy but understandably, given his background, is very shy and timid. Him and a few other terriers were surrendered from a puppy farm/breeding situation, and are now in foster care homes with ARCH.
He's grown in confidence since he's been in his foster home but can still be unsure of new humans (especially men).
Bundy is getting used to the home environment but still needs a lot of time and patience to come out of his shell and trust new people.
Bundy needs a special new home and family that is quiet, calm and ideally home a lot. They must be prepared to take it slowly with Bundy to help him learn to love and trust. We think that once Bundy realises that humans mean love, he will be an amazing, loyal and sweet companion.
He is in care with another small dog and is only just starting to learn how to play and be a dog. He is toilet trained and his carer has started lead training, which his new family will need to continue slowly, realising that he won't be ready to take on walks or out in the open.
Little brave Bundy will be worth the effort, although he is timid, he wants to please and the feeling of earning this guy's trust will be an amazing reward.
Children: No (or older 16+)
Dogs: ok if calm and confident
Cats: ok

A yard check or photos of fencing will be required. A meet and greet is advisable if you have other animals if possible. We offer a two week trial period to ensure the dog is the perfect fit for your family before adoption is finalised. The adoption fee is payable at commencement of trial period but can be refunded if it doesn't work out.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
