I'm Dottie and I'm looking for a new family to call my own.

NOTE: You are unable to meet Dottie until/unless you have been notified that you are a successful applicant. An adoption cannot be approved unless you are able to come to the shelter to meet Dottie in person and bring any dogs you currently have with you.

What I need in my new home:
• To be kept inside at all times so I'm always safe from harm, especially due to my breed!!
• INSIDE ONLY CAT
• A diet of good quality dry food to help keep my teeth clean
• Toys, enrichment & mental stimulation
• A family who allows me time to settle in and understands that whilst I am very affectionate I am also independent and don't appreciate affection being forced on me.

Things that I don't want in my new home:
• To be allowed outside where I may be hurt by cars or dogs
• Small children as I am not very tolerant of them
• Any other animals. I become very stressed around other animals and like to have my family all to myself
• I do not enjoy being picked up but will come to you for cuddles & attention

My best features:
• LOVE people
• Super Affectionate but on my terms only
• Kitty litter trained
• I love attention and having snuggles with my humans
• Purr machine
• Sassy
• Playful
• Independent
