PLEASE READ ENTIRE PROFILE
Hi, my name is “Scraps”, my foster mum said my coat looks like different scraps of scruffy material all sewn into the gorgeous lovable boy that I am. I am a bit of a snuggle bug (especially with female humans) Men can scare me a bit sometimes, my foster mum isn’t sure if a man has frightened me in the past. I just need time to check them out a bit first to work out if they are kind and loving like me. I have a super sweet and gentle nature and really deserve a home where lots of love and care is provided.
I love all other dogs and love to play and cuddle with them and I’m also good with cats too.
I have been learning to walk on lead, I know how to sit, wait for food, will wait until invited up for couch cuddles, sleep in my crate and I’m toilet trained. I’m a really quick learner and I’m looking forward to my new family taking me to doggy school so I can grow in confidence and learn lots of new things.
I would like my new family to include me in their day to day adventures out and about and also let me inside so I can show how good my snuggles are. I would be a great family dog because I’m so gentle.
A condition of our adoption agreement is that all dogs adopted from Chally MUST be put through obedience training, if you cannot meet this commitment please do not apply. All our dogs deserve the chance to be the very best they can be, and we will choose homes that will ensure this is the case.

• You have a very large size yard.
• Scraps will not be alone more than 5hrs.
• You will allow Scraps to be part of the family and allow him access to indoors.
• You WILL enroll him in obedience training.
• You WILL provide him with daily exercise AND mental stimulation.
• You have experience with his breeds or have thoroughly researched them.
Applications with extensive details on the lifestyle you will offer including FULL details on mental and physical stimulation you intend to provide will be considered. You will also need to include details on the obedience club you will be attending and what knowledge you have on her breeds. PLEASE NOTE: if you provide basic details only, we will not process your application, nor will you receive any further communications.

Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
This pet has been adopted and found love with its new family.
