About Peaches
Lovely Peaches has had a tough few years. Her owner passed away, and now her foster family are moving back to New Zealand. Peaches is a genuinely lovely, sweet girl and is looking for a new home through no fault of her own.
A stunning blue-cream tortie, (technically known as a dilute calico!) Peaches will wow you with her sweet, pretty face and glorious coat. She is a domestic shorthair, so she's super-low maintenance and won't require any brushing, she does that all for herself.
She loves to spend her days lounging around in the sun, sleeping under the trees and frolicking in her garden. She will need to have some outdoor time during the day, and to be kept in the home at night to keep her and the wildlife safe. Peaches has been attacked by other neighbourhood cats before and we don't want her vulnerable to this again.
She is great with people of all ages, but would probably be most suited to someone who is looking for a calm, gentle and affectionate cat.
If you'd like to meet Peaches, we can put you in touch with her current foster family :)
Please email us - drummoynevet@drummoynevet.com.au or send an inquiry with lots of info about the home you can offer her.
Adoption details
Please direct messages to Rosie, our kitten adoption officer. Please provide as much details about your home and family as possible. We are a very busy vet hospital, so we prefer no phone calls :) Thank you.
IMPORTANT: All cats and kittens adopted out from Drummoyne Veterinary Hospital MUST go to either an indoor-only home, or a home with a suitable cat-proof outdoor area or enclosure. Our mission is to make Sydney a better place for cats, their families and our precious wildlife. That means responsible re-homing. We want our cats and kittens to go to the safest, most loving of homes. We don't want them exposed to risks such as getting hit by a car, dog attacks, cruelty from people, injury or death from cat fights or dog attacks, or contracting infectious disease. We want them to live a long, happy and healthy life with their families; safe from harm :)
Please note we do not hold kittens - it's a first in, first served basis once we have reviewed your application and invited you to meet the kitten.
