About 5673 - Queenie
✨👑 MEET QUEENIE 👑✨
Hello, my name is Queenie! I haven’t had a great run in life up until now, but I’m hoping you might be able to change that for me.
I’m looking for a forever home, somewhere warm and safe with people who can teach me to trust - somewhere with lots of cuddles and treats and toys!
Nature
I can be shy with new people, but I’ve never so much as hissed at my foster mummy. I’m still learning to trust, at the moment I will eat from my foster mum's hand and let her stroke me - she can even pick me up and cuddle me! I do however shy away when people try to touch me, but I’m learning to be more confident with it. My foster mum thinks that with time and patience, and a forever home of my own, I will become a beautiful house cat who will love pats and attention.
Companions (Children, Cats &Dogs)
I love the company of other cats, so a human-friendly kitty in my forever home would be preferred. I would be fine in a home with dogs provided we are given slow introductions. Quiet, or older, children would be best for me as loud noises make me hide. However if you’re willing to give me longer to gain confidence I could learn to live with children.
Likes/Dislikes
I dislike loud and sudden noises/movements. I like lazing on window sills and soaking in the sunlight - or curling up in the safety of my bed. I am fully litter trained, and currently have biscuits available for me 24/7 to graze on and wet food given to me twice a day.
My PURR-fect home be with a family who will give me all the time and patience I need to learn to trust and feel comfortable in my new home. An enclosed cat run would be a bonus for me, but isn’t necessary, and of course a home with another feline for me to be friends with. I’d prefer to be an indoor kitty after growing up on the streets - the safety and comfort of being inside is starting to grow on me and I think I quite like it!
