About Charlie ~ 1yr Old Kelpie (On Trial 20/08/21)
Meet Charlie, a striking 1 year old female Kelpie
This super intelligent and affectionate girl wants and loves to be with you at all times. She also loves to play with her friends and zoom around the yard. She enjoys fetching sticks/balls and rope toys, a good game of tug of war, swimming in the dam, running with her friends through the bush and playing with her Kong, especially if it has peanut butter inside it.
Charlie is housetrained and has been sleeping inside of a night, on the bed and under the covers. During the day she has access to both the house and yard and is happy to come and go as she pleases.
She has been well socialised with other dogs of all sizes and is currently sharing the house and yard with a good number. However, given her extreme passion and the level of intensity she has for keeping busy she would be best suited to having a fur brother or sister with the same high energy levels. For the less active dogs she can be a little overwhelming.
This very intelligent, energetic and loving lady will need an active lifestyle if she is to thrive. Charlie will be best suited to someone who can offer her continuous physical and mental stimulation.
She would love a home where she could be taught to herd sheep or cattle or have regular opportunities to go on long hikes with her human companion or even try some agility training which she would excel at.
Charlie is located in the Lake Macquarie area and is desexed, micro chipped, vaccinated,
wormed and tick and flea treated.
If you think you have the perfect loving home for Charlie and would like to meet her, please contact Alina on claudeshowie@hotmail.com
