About Earl
A great all-rounder
I’m Earl, and when it comes to cats, I really am a great all-rounder. I get along very well with other cats, even cats who don’t normally enjoy getting along with other cats! Gentle human or feline playmates would be lots of fun. I’ve also learned not to be so scared of humans (although I still don’t like loud noises or surprises too much! I love to romp and play, do hall sprints, tunnel dives and tower climbs, and the “you can’t catch me” game is one of my favourites, but I also enjoy a quiet (except for my loud purring) lap and a nap, and when I’m ready I’ll make sure I find one. I’m smart and a quick learner, figuring out the cat door and all the kitten games super-fast. Although I haven't really spent much time in the company of dogs I think I would learn to get along with a nice gentle, quiet one.
If I lucky enough to be allowed to sleep on a bed, I’m very polite about it, I will find a spot and stay there till morning. I guess I’m saying I want to adopt you as much as (I hope) you want to adopt me! Oh, and I really like snacks. Oh heck, I really like food I general!
I would really like a home with another feline friend for me or someone that is home a lot, I tend to get lonely if on my own for too long.
Adoption details
All forms (including foster and adoption) can be found at the following link:
http://www.challyanimalrescue.org.au/adopt.php
** Only applications submitted via this link will be considered **
Our adoption process is as follows:
1) Animal is listed on PetRescue
2) Applications are received
3) The application which we feel offers the best-suited home to the pet is contacted for first preference of a meet and greet to see if they 'click' with the animal.
We do not follow a first-in, first-served process and only consider applications completed via our online form.
Due the popularity of some dogs - and the fact that our rescue is run entirely by volunteers - we cannot guarantee that all unsuccessful applicants will be notified, however we will do our best.
