Meet the stunning Star, she was brought to the facility with her 1 year old daughter Tinsel and her litter, as well as another litter of her own. Both mums and kittens were not in a good way when they first arrived but with the love, support and constant care of out staff members we were able to give them a good shot at life.
Star is a beautiful natured girl, she’s soft and sweet, as well as incredibly affectionate! Star can be very quiet and keep to herself at times as she does have an independent side but will gladly come for some TLC when you and her are needing it!
This lovely young lady thoroughly enjoys her outside time, particularly sunbaking in our cat hammock and trying to catch bugs. Star also LOVES her cat scratcher so that is defiantly a must in her new home.
Loud noises and changes can startle mumma but she is easily reassured and adaptable to new environments with the right care and time taken to make her feel welcome. Star has endured a lot in her young life so her ability to overcome her stress is a testament to how strong and resilient she is.
Star was a gorgeous mother and nurtured her little kitties as they grew into stunning cats who have since found their own homes. We think it’s time for Star to have her own family to nurture her, spoil her and most importantly love her unconditionally. Other pets: I am cat selective at times but would be okay with an easy-going cat of the same nature as long as the right, slow introduction was made. With dogs I am generally not a fan though with the smaller/medium sized ones after I am sure they are no threat and I will relax around them. Again, I believe I could co-exist with a chilled out, cat-friendly dog once a slow and proper introduction is made.
Adoption Fee: $190
Star's adoption fee covers her microchipping, desexing, lifetime registration, current vaccination, flea and worming treatment.
Adoption details
Dogs and cats come microchipped, lifetime registration, desexed, vaccinated and with a 14 day health & trial period warranty (please note that SoCares reserves the right to conduct home and yard checks prior to adoption).
DOG ADOPTIONS: We like to make sure all dogs and their new family (human and four legged) are a suitable match so if you have other dog/s we always book a meet and greet at a time suitable for you to ensure they will get on.
