Ziggy

Hi I'm Ziggy, I'm 1 year 7 months old and Rhodesian Ridgeback cross. I have a loving personality, and get excited when you come home from work each day, showering you in lots of kisses and hugs.
I have been trained to sit, shake ""paw"", and paw and lie down. I have great potential for future training as I am responsible to treats. I have also been practicing walking on a lead and training with treats, though sometimes I still do pull. I'm working on my excitability in general and trying not to jump on people.
I enjoy spending time outside, watching the goings-on in the street and the neighbourhood dogs and saying hello to them as they come by the fence. I am allowed inside at night and I sit calmly on my couch near you, unless you're doing something interesting and I want to follow you around.
I'm not a huge fan of yelling or loud noises, which make me a little scared and anxious. I am a healthy, active boy who gets on well with other dogs - in fact, I would really love another big playful dog friend to run around with. I also love bones and various chew toys, as without these I may take off with pot plants and other portable items in the yard to chew (though I never chew furniture).
I love trips in the car, and enjoy road tripping and breathing in the country air. I have a big personality and that doggy zest for life. Although I can sometimes be cheeky, I only want to please you. I can't promise to be perfect, but I can promise to spend my every day, working to bring joy to your life.-

All animals are health checked, vaccinated, worm/flea treated, microchipped, desexed and registered with Gladstone Council.
