Does your life need some happy in it? Do you suffer from having cold knees? Do you crave companionship? Is your bed lonely? Do you just love hugs? Then Queenie is your cure!
This 30kg royal lapdog wants nothing more than to be by your side through thick and thin. She is doting, attentive, affectionate and a bit of a clown. When Queenie looks at you she melts your soul and hypnotises you to give her face squishies and ear rubs. She adores people and being smothered with love.
Queenie loves a bit of a fun and has some puppylike behaviours still which she will grow out of over time if you teach her. She is great with happy and submissive dogs of all sizes, but does have a bit of a dominant streak through her that needs correcting. Being food motivated and a good listener means distraction and reward for good behaviours are her jam. She listens to a voice that is firm but fair, you must be able to find your teacher voice.
Indoor cats are not a problem for this girl, she may give a few boops with her nose but otherwise she leaves them to it. If outdoor, I do believe she would chase, so best to have your cats contained.
Those pesky feathered flying toys are super annoying to her, so no birds in her home please.
Kids? If you don't mind them possibly being knocked around a little and whipped with her tail, then Queenie won't mind having kids in her home, so long as they respect her of course. She is gentle with treat taking and her go to move is laying on her back for tummy rubs.
As always, commitment to ongoing training and socialisation is key to shape Queenie into the absolute best dog she can be. She is almost there, just needs some tweaking. She can get very excited when she sees another dog outside of home and needs to learn proper etiquette such as not pulling, jumping etc.

Medical notes
Queenie gets some epic eye boogers after sleeping. Nothing to worry about, she has been on eye ointment for dry eye which she may need again in future.
She does appear to have a bit of a sensitive tummy so will need to stick to a diet that works best for her, which continues to be trial and error.
