About Pocahontas
Meet sweet girl Pocahontas,
This young lady has been in care since she was about 3 weeks old.
Pocahontas is an independent girl who's happy off doing her own thing! She isn't a super cuddly girl but will come and sit with you when she wants attention.
She loooves other cats and can be a bit of a ratbag and will sneak up and wrestle them for a play. She especially loves her 1yo foster brother who loves playing with her. She loves the cat tower and enjoys playing with cat toys.
She'd think a house with a cat tower would be pretty cool!
She'd prefer a house with a cat buddy. She could get used to a chilled out doggo. Kids over 8 years old would suit best.
This sweet girl would love to meet you.
Medical notes
When Pocahontas was about 4 weeks old it was discovered she had feline orofacial pain syndrome. This is a rare syndrome that occurs in some cats when they are teething. We held onto Pocahontas until she was older to ensure we know the fill extent of this and to make sure she had to issues when her adult teeth came through.
Aside from the first month of discovery and medication (gabapenton) Pocahontas has not had anymore bouts or signs of this.
It may be something that comes back in her later years but at this stage she is not medicated for it and the vet has said she's perfectly fit and healthy!
This is just something her future owners need to know the signs of as a precaution for her future!
