About Clara
This gorgeous lady is Clara! She’s a wonderfully sweet cat although quite shy initially. Clara has spent most of her life nursing kittens and now needs a home where she will be adored and loved as her own cat.
Coming into care, Clara had seven terrified kittens with her. She has done an amazing job keeping them all safe and healthy. Unfortunately, doing this was a huge burden on her body so she needs plenty of food to get her to a healthy weight. Luckily, she adores treats and mealtimes.
We believe Clara was someone’s pet at some point given she is so smoochy and has slotted into living in her carer’s home so well. She is litter trained and happily snuggles into her cat bed (usually with at least one or two of her kittens).
Clara adores having her back and head stroked! When she gets pats, her skinny tail shoots up and her loud purring starts up. Although she will take a little while to warm up fully, she is so keen to be loved. Clara has no issues with other cats or the dog of the house but will likely respond better to older children who can read when she’s feeling a bit shy/ scared.
If you’d like to adopt Clara with one of her kittens, we waive her adoption fee, so you’ll only pay $250 for both. Clara adores her bubs and would be happy to go with any one of them. She will also be fine on her own too!
Medical notes
Clara is happy and healthy! She's had a big litter of kittens so is still underweight but loves her food.
She is microchipped, desexed and up to date with vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
