About Barry
Barry is a 5 year old smoochy, chunky ginger boy. He loves following you around and being nearby, although he is not one for sitting on your lap. He is also quite the chatterpuss. He will tell you when he is hungry, when he is off to his litter tray and generally just chit-chat through the day.
He is respectful of the senior resident feline so may suit living in a home with a calm, desexed feline friend but terrorises the dogs so a home which is dog-free would probably be the best (well, best for the dogs).
Barry has had his vet work done – desexing, microchipping, vaccination , flea and worm treatment – in readiness for his new family. He is a gentle boy – he has never bitten or scratched his humans but he doesn’t like the dogs. He is not scared of them but does pounce on them when they are walking past.
As Barry is a smoochy boy, he loves head butts, scratches and to rub against your legs while you are walking so could be a tripping hazard for an older person.
Could he be the next big part of your family?
Barry will only be available to a full-time indoor home or a home with a secure cat run/enclosure. A fenced yard is not a secure enclosure.
Adoption details
If you think one of our animals would be a good match for your home please email us and we will be in touch shortly after. We all work fulltime, have families and other commitments so your patience is appreciated.
We do require any other dogs in your home meeting our foster animal before they head home with you. This enables us to assess their compatibility and helps prevent them being returned and creating more confusion/insecurities for the foster animal.
All our animals are available for a two week trial with full refund. They are also covered by a lifetime return policy. If you ever find yourself unable to care for or keep your pet please contact us and they will come back into our care, this is a condition of our Adoptions.
